« Afin d’anticiper l’entrée en application du Règlement DORA le 17 janvier 2025, la Commission juridique et réglementaire du 15 octobre était dédiée à l’impact de la nouvelle réglementation européenne relative à la résilience opérationnelle du secteur financier pour les services cloud ou Saas fournis aux « entités financières ».
Pour se préparer à la mise en conformité avec les nouvelles exigences requises, @Momentum Avocats a fourni aux adhérents une présentation détaillée à cette occasion.
