Pierre Hoffer

Pierre Hoffer has 30 years of experience in sales and technical management roles within the information technology sector.

He has held several strategic positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), including Sales Director and Director of the Storage Business Unit France, where he led the growth and innovation of the storage offering, as well as Head of the teams of technical consultants, supporting customers' digital transformation projects.

Since 2018, he has been Director of the HPE Competency Center in Grenoble, a site with 350 employees dedicated to telecom R&D and artificial intelligence expertise centers, where he supports technological initiatives and talent development.

A graduate engineer and holder of a DESS in marketing from IAE Aix-en-Provence, he also sits on the EMEA HPC & AI Management team at HPE, where he leads the European strategy in artificial intelligence and actively contributes to European work on the AI Act and the AI Pact.

An active member of Eurocloud and the DZA Innovation & Transformation Circle, he works to promote sustainable and sovereign AI in the service of European competitiveness.
