Julien Sicart

Julien Sicart is currently VP of Digital Services at Orange Business, where he leads the development of digital products for businesses, including cloud and AI. With extensive international experience in technology, particularly in mobile/IoT, networks, and IT, he has led major transformation programs within Orange Business, notably as CIO. Through roles in Europe and Asia, he has demonstrated his expertise in managing large-scale technology programs, leading international teams, strategic partnerships, and P&L management. Passionate about innovation, he heads the development of generative AI-based solutions for businesses. Julien is a graduate of École Polytechnique and the French Telecommunications Corps (Corps des Télécoms) and is based in London.
