Yves Pellemans

Yves Pellemans is passionate about cloud computing, data, and artificial intelligence. Naturally curious and drawn to challenges, he has dedicated over 30 years to the digital transformation of businesses. Recognized for his vision and leadership, throughout his career he has built and united exceptional teams capable of tackling the most ambitious challenges.

He began his career in 1993, working for the systems integrators Ares and Morse, before joining the IT services company APX in 2004, where he became National Technical Director. There, he built the cloud strategy and developed the expertise that would make APX a leading cloud builder. In 2016, with €150 million in revenue and 400 employees, APX joined the VINCI Energies group under the Axians brand.

From 2016 to 2023, he served as CTO of Axians France and Director of the Data Analytics Business Unit. A visionary leader, he spearheaded innovation and its industrialization around four pillars: Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and AI. He demonstrated his ability to mobilize talent and transform organizations, driving them toward excellence. In 2023, Axians France reached nearly €1 billion in revenue and employed 4,000 people.

Today, as Deputy CEO of CHEOPS Technology, Yves' mission is to make it a leading "Cloud & Data Centric Company" in Europe. He supports businesses and organizations in their digital transformation projects, with the ambition of positioning CHEOPS as a sovereign and essential player in cloud, data, and AI. CHEOPS Technology has €200 million in revenue and more than 750 employees.
